  • Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct.

  • We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at support@sellonica.shop with photos of the product and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, as per our Refund Policy.
